Data collected

This website has no visitor accounts and no online payment. The only personal data collected is what you enter in the contact and quote request forms: name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, a description of your project and your message.

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The processing is based on your request itself (pre-contractual measures). Your data is never sold, shared or used for marketing.

It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Only the studio has access to it.

Technical service providers

To run the website, the studio uses the following providers:

  • Vercel Inc., for website hosting and image storage;
  • Neon (Neon Inc.), for the database storing requests, hosted in Europe (Frankfurt);
  • Resend (Resend Inc.), for sending confirmation e-mails and forwarding requests;
  • Vercel AI Gateway, for the automatic English translation of the website’s texts (no personal data is sent to it).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Data transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The host also keeps technical connection logs, including IP addresses, for security purposes.

Cookies

No cookies are set when you browse this website: no analytics, no advertising, no embedded social buttons. Your choice of light or dark mode is only remembered in your browser. Only the studio’s private admin area uses a session cookie, strictly necessary to log in. This is why no consent banner is shown.

The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to display it, without cookies. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
